Quiet desperation fills many minds and spirits.  Worries abound about the economy, food, water, loved ones, pets, jobs.  Some feel trapped in that “dark night of the soul” with depression, grief, unworthiness, bleakness, blackness.  Suicide may feel like the only escape.
Options always exist! 
Not only is there a way out, but we can radically change ourselves—our feelings, our beliefs, our diet, our outlook on life.  Suicide is not the answer but assigns our souls to a spirit plane full of chaos, a limbo of sorts.  Even though life appears impossible, we still have control over our thoughts and actions.  These are ways to crawl out of the hole:
