Pete Seeger’s hymn to life continues to reverberate and resonate:

“No storm can shake my inmost calm…
…Since love is lord of heaven and earth,
How can I keep from singing?...”

Maybe the “big one” is just around the corner; maybe it is, maybe it isn’t.

Maybe Fukushima, the biggest nuclear disaster in our history, will continue to decimate the Pacific Ocean, its islands and its shorelines—maybe so but maybe not.

Maybe our (former) rulers will continue to follow the Revelations script they wrote—maybe yes, maybe no.

Maybe World War III is on the horizon, but it hasn’t materialized, despite warmongering efforts.

But these are certain:

Never in history has so much cosmic and personal energy of enlightenment, benevolence and opportunity infused us all.

Unshakable optimism results from fusing our souls with our physical, mental and emotional aspects.

Since all is energy, we create via our thoughts, words and feelings.

The present moment is the only remaining relevant part of time.

Joy, peace and abundance arrive on every breath if invited.

All with whom we share life—every rock, blade of grass, personality, star—mirror our other selves.

Earthly life is a temporary and beautiful part of our eternal journey.

Love, Sue
